With the inception of the company in 1968, Late Mr. Madan Lal Nayyar led with a vision to achieve something exceptional and different. A.Nairsons Industries (India) started manufacturing Bearing Sleeves, Locknuts & Washers in Punjab in 1969. By 1973 the company started selling products across India. In 1980 the company began manufacturing our products for some International clients.

Born in 1958, Shri Umesh Nayyar pursued Aero Engineering and trained in flying small aircrafts. He joined the factory under the guidance of his father and has ever since been contributing to the high-paced growth of the company. His rich experience of working with international and local clients helped increase the company's dealer base in India as well as abroad. His vision is to become a global player in bearing accessories. Under his guidance, the company achieved the milestone of becoming the first Indian company to make bearing sleeves and locknuts on CNC machines and attain global recognition.

Born in 1984 he completed his education in Holmesglen Tafe, Melbourne. He spent 8 years in Australia and even acquired the PR of Australia. He chose to stay in India and help his father in the business growth of A.Nairsons Industries (India). He joined the company in 2008 and has ever since worked hard to take the company to new heights. He has the same vision as his father and forefather of taking the company to new heights. His experience in dealing with international clients and customers has edified the company's strength greatly.
