Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unused
2. In the same condition that you received it
3. In its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@ktkingtiger.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
